Students health, weight loss and nutrition goals are closely monitored by our medical staff. Students are encouraged to become physically fit and healthy in a supportive environment where every milestone is celebrated and setbacks become building blocks. Confidential records are maintained that chronicle every students achievements and At Fitdemics students are encouraged to be active participants in their individualized goals towards a healthier lifestyle that includes new eating habit, exercise habits and are afforded hands on opportunities in their individuals successes with our program.
