Fitdemics After school Program operates during the school year, providing families a safe location for after school care. The program hours are from 2:30pm - 7:00pm. During this time the students work in small group and whole group activities. On occasion the students operate in larger groups for fitness, academic, nutrition, arts and crafts and community activities. Fitdemics After school Program provides structured programs including fun sports, cooking classes and recreational activities. We encourage an appreciation for new experiences and life skills in a protective, healthy and safe environment.
