FITDEMICS, INC. is a Georgia Non-Profit Organization that shows its commitment to our community by offering several services to school-age children and youth. FITDEMICS, INC. provides a safe environment for after-school programs that focus on fun, interactive and engaging physical fitness activities with a certified team of fitness experts that are designed to address that issue of childhood obesity. Along with our focus on eradicating childhood obesity, our program is equally dedicated to ensuring academic success via tutoring and test preparation for SAT/ACT/EOCT.  We also offer homework assistance and provide study skills development. At FITDEMICS, INC. we present nutrition education, health counseling and cooking classes for participants and their families. Also, by way of offering homework assistance and improving study skills. Our aim at FITDEMICS, INC. is to support and motivate children to become active participants in redirecting any negative exercise and eating habits. Furthermore, our purpose is to improve academic skills and for the students to become self-motivated by providing them with a team of dedicated educators. Additionally, to boost their decision-making skills as they build effective leadership abilities and develop into strong community advocates. Parents can take part in several opportunities that are available to them such as: free access to the computer lab when not in use by students, as well as create resumes, conduct job searches, complete GED preparation, if needed and further their education through accessible online programs. Parents will also have access to free healthy cooking classes that will continue to enhance the family’s healthy eating habits at home.

We will serve as a resource center for the entire family. Our goal at FITDEMICS, INC. is that students and parents will benefit greatly from the series of programs accessible by the use of our organization.
